Tourism at the Jersey Shore is in full swing. Business owners are hoping for an influx of visitors this summer, packing the boardwalks, their stores and restaurants. But staffing shortages are still plaguing the industry, making it tough for small employers to keep up. Now a new law is on the books that may help them fill key jobs.

The measure allows 16- to 18-year-olds to work up to 50 hours a week during the summer and allows 14- to 16-year-olds to work up to 40 hours a week. Read More from NJ Spotlight News.
