The housing market is hitting another speed bump, adding to growing concerns about a potential crash. The latest monthly report from New Jersey Realtors shows existing home sales dropped nationwide for the eighth month in a row. According to the National Association of Realtors, that’s a 24% decline from the same time last year. Between inflation and sky-high mortgage rates, the report says, affordability is the biggest obstacle for both buyers and sellers. The question is where does the market go from here?
