The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey is pleased to announce our fourth round of grant awards in 2022 totaling $1,030,000 to 34 non-profit organizations focusing on preventive health and cultural programs throughout New Jersey. This brings our total for 2022 to 67 grants equaling $2,140,000.
Throughout 2022, The Foundation continued to strive to keep New Jersey healthy by promoting health equity, addressing racial and health disparities and expanding cultural awareness in the diverse communities we serve.
