The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey is pleased to announce its third and final round of grant awards for 2023. Grants totaling $875,000 were issued to 29 non-profit organizations to address opioid prevention, mental health, obesity, social determinants of health and cultural programs throughout New Jersey. This brings the total for 2023 to 70 grants equaling $2,436,000.
