The national healthcare law (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) will have a profound impact on business when it takes full effect next year. It is vitally important that business owners and executives understand the many changes they must implement to their policies and procedures as a result of the Affordable Care Act. As a service to our members, the Chamber arranged this Forum on June 12, 2013 at the Greate Bay Country Club to help clarify what business needs to do in order to comply with this complex law.
Principal speaker Wardell Sanders, President of the NJ Association of Health Plans, provided an insightful overview of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. He was followed by informative presentations from other industry professionals.
