Joseph D. Kelly has been employed in Chamber work for 35 years, the last 16 as President of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber. The Chamber’s budget and membership has more than quadrupled during his tenure. During his career, Mr. Kelly has focused on value added services for Chamber members designed to help them lower their cost of doing business and to assist them in marketing their products and services.
Mr. Kelly serves on the American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) Board, a national non-profit association for executives in chambers of commerce dedicated to furthering the profession. He also serves on the Atlantic Cape May Workforce Investment Board and the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority’s (CRDA) Tourism District Advisory Commission.
Elisa has been the chamber's resident fun-maker since 1997. She oversees the production of events from start to finish.

Charlotte has been Joe's assistant since 2003 and takes charge of all of the chamber's administrative tasks.

Bob Marshall provides support for the Chamber’s Business Advocacy and issues management program. He monitors legislative and regulatory matters that impact Chamber members.
Mr. Marshall currently serves on the boards of NJSEED, NEWJOBS PAC, the CRDA Tourism Advisory Committee, the City of Linwood Zoning Board of Adjustment and the City of Linwood Economic Development Committee.
Eric Reynolds is the Director of the Chamber's Jobs Partnership Program. The pilot program generated over 600 jobs working with 248 employers in just over one year. Now the program has expanded to also address work readiness issues and case management for those we have helped find employment.
