Airshow officials of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber announced the official date for the FREE 2015 Atlantic City Airshow – “Thunder Over the Boardwalk” in a press conference at the 177th Fighter Wing in Pomona, NJ this morning.
The 2015 show will take flight on Wednesday, September 2 (with practice day on Tuesday, September 1) as part of a broader calendar of events in Atlantic City.
The official show schedule will be released in the weeks leading up to the show, but Chamber President, Joe Kelly, announced the return of the United States Navy Blue Angels flight demonstration squadron for this year’s show. The team will be one of many thrilling attractions that will draw hundreds of thousands of spectators to local beaches.
Mr. Kelly said, “This show is a prime example of how our community can come together to generate significant economic impact in our area.”
